Spring flow in the Glendale Town area had gone down after a recent fire in the area. With funding through the USDA Rural Development ECWAG program, JDE was able to perform a Preliminary Engineering Report. The project consisted of redeveloping the spring collection sites in the system to increase flow and quality, repairing a wash crossing over the East Fork of the Virgin River which was exposed, and installing chlorination equipment on one of the spring collection lines.
