Main Street America

Main Street America is a nationwide non-profit membership organization that champions a community-led, community-owned approach to generate new momentum for the local economy by providing technical support to historic commercial districts. Its a program of the National Main Street Center. Since 1980, over 2,000 programs have followed their four points: local organization, design, economic vitality, and promotion. They also provide a network of member communities that can share best practices.
