The Rural Microentrepreneur Assistance Program provides loans and grants to help microenterprises startup and grow. Funds may be used for working capital, debt refinancing, purchasing equipment and supplies, and improving real estate. As well as provide training and technical assistance to borrowers and entrepreneurs. 

 

Ultimate recipients for this loan are those with 10 or fewer full-time employees with a business located in an eligible area.

Grants up to $205,000 annually and 15% matching funds is required.

Loans $50,000 to $500,000
