The Utah Children’s Outdoor Recreation & Education Grant Program (UCORE) aims to provide children in Utah with outdoor nature focused, hands-on learning and outdoor recreation skill-building. Intended to help children from ages 6 to 18, projects should focus on out-door learning experiences and physical skill development. This funding is meant to complement Utah’s Every Kid Outdoors (EKO) Initiative.

Applications that provide first-time experiences for attendees, meet needs of underrepresented communities, and emphasize diversity and equity will be given priority.

Grants will be awarded January 2024
